Program Overview:-The concept of reservation in service has been an important feature of public service in India. This concept is a very dynamic concept and has undergone a lot of changes in past two and half decades. Many important judgments of the Supreme Court and the response of the legislature and the executive have contributed in the development of concept of reservation. This Workshop on “Reservation Rosters & Recruitment” is designed to appreciate the participants with the concept of reservation and related issues. The purpose of this program is to make the participants aware of various aspects.

Program Contents:- The Program will cover the following aspects of Reservation Rosters and Recruitment:-

1. Constitutional provisions
2. Applicability and scope
3. Percentage of reservation
4. Preparation and maintenance of Reservation registers and Roster registers
5. National Commission/ Liaison officer-role and functions
6. Reservation for Person with disabilities work and Economical Weaker Section
